- Evidence first. Every engagement starts with a proof of concept on your real data, in about two weeks, before anyone commits to a build.
- Honest technical advice. If AI is not the answer, or a product you can buy is, I say so in the first conversation.
- Built for teams without an AI department. Documentation, procedures and training are part of the deliverable, so the system survives my leaving.
- English or Japanese, remote or Tokyo. Japan Standard Time, with mornings and evenings for other time zones.
